Breitbart has been pushing TX Governor Abbot's propaganda (and that of S Dakota's Kristi Noem) for several weeks. Earlier, we thought he was in it to win it. He's not.
It's just propaganda. Potemkin village stuff.
Texas Army National Guard soldiers conducted aerial deployment exercises along the U.S. bank of the Rio Grande Wednesday. The soldiers arrived and deployed via heavy lift helicopters to a recently erected makeshift border wall fashioned from recycled shipping containers. The drills are conducted as part of Operation Lone Star.....
Blah, blah, blah.
Actual reporters on the border report that the Texas National Guard has been escorting invaders to hotels and NGO locations (Catholic Charities offices) rather than repelling them from the border.
But Abbott's running for office again and the Bush Globaloney Bunch still has a lot of influence.
