Those sexually abused as children want Wisconsin to let them seek justice. Lobbyists, including the Catholic church, stand in the way.
That's the headline from a propaganda-piece telling us the trial-lawyers' version of the facts. The State of Wisconsin has granted great latitude for prosecuting sex predators.
So what's the complaint here?
The Slip-and-Fall 'lawyers' want more money. That's all.
The J-S does its damndest to help the lawyers and to build its credibility.
