Dan Jacobs, the co-owner of the popular DanDan restaurant in the Third Ward, spoke with Joe Biden on Wednesday about the crisis facing that industry.
Jacobs said small businesses, especially restaurants, need help from the federal government, and without federal help, he said, many won't survive the winter....
Jacobs asked the wrong guy. Tommy Barrett, Doddering Mayor, shut you down, friend. Tommy Barrett's Murder-City should be providing the relief.
