Maybe that's what he actually said, and maybe not. "Fact" stuff is very hard for the Chipmunk Ankle-Biters over at Daily Worker.

Umnnnhhhhh.....exactly WHY did SCOWI (and TWO Federal Courts) 'shut down' the investigation before it was completed? The Daily Worker's Ankle-Biting Team will NEVER tell you. But you can look it up. it was blatantly un-Constitutional and illegal. No surprise; it was "master"minded by John Chisholm and a twit-lawyer wannabee Marc Elias in Madison.
