Is Hagedorn STUPID?

Dan O'Donnell (no I'm not a fan) comes up with good stuff on occasion.

Here he makes a fool of Hagedorn--who deserves all the scorn he earned.

Supreme court: jurisdiction. Section 3. [As amended April 1977]

(1) The supreme court shall have superintending and administrative authority over all courts.

(2) The supreme court has appellate jurisdiction over all courts and may hear original actions and proceedings. The supreme court may issue all writs necessary in aid of its jurisdiction.

(3) The supreme court may review judgments and orders of the court of appeals, may remove cases from the court of appeals and may accept cases on certification by the court of appeals. [1975 J.R. 13, 1977 J.R. 7, vote April 1977]

Hagedorn is either STUPID or an tool of Statism.  We've always maintained the latter--he's a Walker guy, a Government Man.

But STUPIDITY is certainly in play when Hagedorn insists--in writing, no less--that SCOWI cannot take original jurisdiction on a matter like a national election fraud claim.

Conservatives need to seriously reconsider their alignment with the Republican Party. In the main they're no less an opponent of conservatism than Democrats. There doesn't appear to be any better future in being the perpetual redheaded stepchild of the Pubbies than there is in being politically independent.

Yah, well, pro-lifers know that, too.
