Following on the hurricane-damage requests from Sen. Landrieu (asking for a mere 150% of actual damages plus other penalties on the taxpayer to be named later), we now expect Sen. Landrieu and the Governor-ette Stooge Queen to require another several billion dollars to effect recovery from the following:
