Federalist Society's Slide to Irrelevance

It's well-known that the Federalist Society pushed candidates Barrett, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh onto Trump's desk; he nominated them, and they are now sitting on SCOTUS.  Note well:  McConnell pushed these nominees through the Senate.  That should give you pause.

Kavanaugh and Gorsuch have been monumental disappointments vis-a-vis Right Order.  Gorsuch, for example, decided that a 1965 Congress wrote legislation contemplating the existence of trannies, a position ridiculous on its face.  Kavanaugh follows Roberts around like a puppy, meaning that he is another oscillating fan.

Now the Federalist Society, fresh from trashing what remains of 'jurisprudence' at that level, proceeds to crap all over John Eastman, a legal scholar of the first water, based on Eastman's measured and sensible advice to Mike Pence regarding the Election Fraud of 2020.

The Federalist Society is past its prime.  Paying attention to it, and the Heritage Foundation, is not furthering the interests of the citizens of the US.

Dump 'em.
