Frankly, I don't know much about this dude, except he was considered 'irreverent.' Obviously, he was 'irreverent' to the wrong Tin God, specifically Hillary.
There's a US attorney who desperately needs a sense of humor. Or a good kick in the "jury nullification" ass.
A Florida man was arrested this morning on charges of conspiring with others in advance of the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election to use various social media platforms to disseminate misinformation designed to deprive individuals of their constitutional right to vote.
Douglass Mackey, aka Ricky Vaughn, 31, of West Palm Beach, was charged by criminal complaint in the Eastern District of New York....
Shock. New York.

And yet OTHER courts in 'battlegroind' (hmm, I'm leaving this typo, ha!) states declared that those 'voters' who brought suit against the elections officials and secretaries of states 'had no standing' and dismissed the suits. You can't have it both ways. And THAT is the argument Mr. Vaughn's attorneys should make. 'WE' are not the 'We, the people' of the Constitution's Preamble - only the signers of that document (contract) were. There is NO 'constitutional right' for American nationals to vote - because we are NOT members of the corporation. But we ARE supposed to be given the services that those original (and subsequent) members contracted to provide. They have failed to do so for well over 160 years.
