Poor General Votel. His job is (apparently) to keep US troops dying in Afghanistan until the End of Time.
That's because Trump gave the War Party the excuse they need: "Political Stability." and the General is simply playing that tune.
Trump was suckered here, just like he was with his "high-tech" imported-labor scheme.
Too bad. Trump started out rather well.
