The Shaping of the Lie

Instapundit quotes a very observant friend.

EVOLUTION OF AN ARGUMENT, VIA A FRIEND ON FACEBOOK:

“There is no evidence of election fraud!”
“There is no evidence of widespread election fraud!”
“There is no evidence that any fraud would have changed the results!”

The next iteration is forecast, too.

“Any evidence that might have existed was lost in our totally accidental server outage / flood / fire / dragon attack / interdimensional rift opening.”

I'll take interdimensional rift openings for Michigan, Alex.

Not Entirely Humorous

Even MORE Cowards in Broward

Looks like the Broward County Sheriff's office is using the wrong entrance exam.

Happily, the Broward Coward Deputies got home safely that night.

...for the next 15 minutes, Norkunas stood there, barefoot and unclothed, with his crutches, on one side of the glass pane trying to steady a gun in his trembling hand while the stranger stood on the other side, pounding on the door, banging it with his hip or gnawing at the thick hurricane-grade glass with a garden paver.

Norkunas, who suffered minor injuries from the glass digging into his foot, has no idea why the man, later identified as 23-year-old Timothy Johnson of Fort Lauderdale, tried to break down his door on Nov. 7.

And as bewildering, and just as terrifying to him, is the knowledge that a squad of Broward sheriff’s deputies responded to his Tamarac neighborhood, but none came close to his home to stop the man. Instead, they waited down the street until he walked over to them and surrendered, witnesses told the South Florida Sun Sentinel....

It IS a Democrat-majority county.

Ruh-Roh. Biden Is In Trouble

Nice understandable post here.  Short version:  Biden is in DEEP trouble.

Think Trump was blowing smoke with his "....prove you got 80,000,000 votes...." demand?

He wasn't.  Play tennis with him:

...if the plaintiff gets the evidence over the net and it travels the proper distance over that half of the court, it's now the defendant's turn.

The defendant does not have a burden of proof, so he doesn't have to get the evidence to any specific point on the plaintiff's side of the net.  He just needs to get it over the net.  There are two ways to do this: he can show that the plaintiff's evidence is factually incorrect (lies or mistakes), or he can introduce more compelling counter-evidence....

So far, so good, right?  Biden can "push back" with any evidence which negates Trump's stuff.

Ahhhhhh...........not so fast, pal.

...There's an evidentiary wrinkle that applies here: "spoliation."  Spoliation occurs when a party intentionally destroys material that might be evidence in a case (even if the case hasn't yet been filed) or must be retained as a matter of law (as is true with election materials).  If you recall, Sidney Powell has stated that Dominion is destroying evidence.

If someone deliberately destroys these documents, there is a legal presumption that the documents' contents support the opposing party's contentions....

So yes, indeed:  Biden has to show that he got 80,000,000 votes.  That's more than Obama ever got.  And just for fun, try this on for size:  while Obama won 670+ counties, Biden only won 450 or so.  Yet Biden got MORE votes than Obama.

...To date, some courts (as, for example, this Obama judge) have said Trump has no evidence.  In fact, Trump has massive evidence for all three categories — and certainly enough to get the election fraud claims over the net onto Biden's side.

The real question is about Biden's return volley.  He must prove either that the eyewitnesses, the mathematical experts, and the equipment experts lied or are mistaken, or he must provide a compelling counter-narrative to explain how he got more votes than Obama did in 2008...

The fat lady hasn't even put on her makeup, much less hit the boards and begun to sing.

Advice for Chris Abele--and All Y'All

Chris Abele was the victim of an armed robbery and attempted armed carjacking last night in Shorewood.

Apparently the dumbass goblins do not know how to drive a car with a stick-shift, so they shot the car instead, after having relieved Abele of his wallet.

In order to rob him, they drove their junker in front of his and came to a halt.  Abele also stopped.

Here's where I can help Chris.

When he saw what could ONLY be a goblin get out of the car and approach his car, Abele should have found the gear labeled "REVERSE" and stomped the gas.  WTF were you thinking, Chris, when you sat there like a Big Fat Pasty-White TARGET?

You back up until you can turn it around, and go like Hell toward the cop-shop--which happens to be very close to you, remember?

(It's possible that you could be confused and run over the goblin with the gun, of course.  That would be a tragedy, no?  Since it's not likely they could read, you don't have to worry about them remembering your plate for the cops.)

"Lockdowns" Do NOT Change Death Rates

You'll not see this mentioned in the Covid-Porn "nooz."

...A new study published by Frontiers in Public Health concluded that neither lockdowns nor lockdown stringency were correlated with lower death rates.

Researchers analyzed data from 160 countries over the first 8 months of the pandemic, testing several factors—including demographics, public health, economy, politics, and environment—to determine how they are correlated with COVID-19 mortality.

“Stringency of the measures settled to fight pandemia, including lockdown, did not appear to be linked with death rate,” the researchers said.

The researchers found that the criteria most associated with a high death rate was life expectancy, though higher COVID death rates were also observed in certain geographic regions....

"Life expectancy."  Imagine that!! AGE!!

How Democrats Work

Goes without saying that only damn fools think Democrats are "honorable people."

...Back in 1984, in what became known as “Indiana’s bloody eighth.”

This refers to Indiana’s 8th Congressional District, where, in the 1984 election, the Republican candidate, Richard McIntyre, who was challenging a Democrat incumbent, trailed narrowly on election night but was certified as the winner by 34 votes after a recount (and a second recount put him up by 400 votes). But the House Democratic majority refused to seat McIntyre in January 1985. Democrats voted to keep the seat vacant pending further “investigations” into the vote count. House Dems appointed a three-member select committee, consisting of two Democrats and one Republican, to look into it, and, citing “irregularities,” the full House voted on party lines in April to seat the Democrat incumbent, despite Indiana’s official certification of the Republican McIntyre as the winner. Democrats rejected Republican proposals to have a special election to settle the matter....

Lesson:  don't bet your fortune on the House seating the (R) winner in IA-2.  (6 vote margin.)

We could name a lot of Wisconsin (R) politicians (and hangers-on) who "like" Democrats who are "nice guys/gals."

They are not.  They are power-mad, vote-fraud AND election-fraud perps whose entire life is devoted to "fixing" America--because America is wrong from the git-go.  And they'll lie all day long about it.

Don't be a fool.  Don't trust them and don't bother to "like" them, either.

Wigderson Campaigns for WEC Slot

Gotta hand it to Wigderson.  When he's campaigning for a State job, he does it brazenly.

Here's his latest:

...Despite the claims and even hopes of Trump’s supporters, the recount itself uncovered no vote fraud....

Correct.

Unmentioned is the inconvenient fact that the recount was not looking for "vote fraud."  (And by the way, Trump 'monitors' were not allowed to see the ballots either--but that's another discussion.)

The recount--by definition--was a re-count of votes cast.  It was NOT an audit with the objective of uncovering votes cast by dead people, non-residents, or "harvested" by malevolent actors.

But Wiggy knows that.  He just hopes YOU are as dumb as a box of rocks.

And he also hopes that someone--ANYONE--will get him a nice fat job in Gummint.

Democrat Flop-Sweat Showing

Just saw a 30-second commercial asserting that "Biden won" (Trump lost) and "it's time to move on."

They are really getting desperate about burying the frauds, eh?

FEEBS Are Moving In

The blog 'meaning in history' is written by a retired FEEB.  It's clear that he is not a disciple of the Comey-McCabe cabal

He brings news:  the FBI has requested all the files and work-papers of Matt Braynard concerning the voter-fraud(s).  Braynard sat for an interview during which he summarized his findings.

In the same post, the retired agent also connects a few of the dots left on the floor by Trump & Barr.

Is this a Magic Key?  Not yet.

Super-Spreader Event in Dane County

A correspondent sent a picture of a Super-Spreader event being held in Dane County.

The picture has 10 cars parked at a single-family residence.

The residence owners vote Democrat.

Even Democrat voters think Tin-Pot Tony Evers is full of crap.

Need Evidence??

A pal sent over the link to an evidence-aggregation website.  This is exactly what Teddy Perry needs but will never, ever, peruse.  Ever.

It's interesting, and takes a bit of time to load.

Rep. Vos: What's Your Plan??

So far, the Republican party poohbah--Ass'y Speaker Robin Vos--has said that there 'will be an investigation' of the Wisconsin election.

Lin Wood has some thoughts about Pusillanimous Pubbies

If @GOP & @GOPChairwoman do not take immediate action to expose fraud & correct 11/3 election, Republican Party will cease to be viable.

Supporters of @realDonaldTrump will abandon GOP & you can kiss goodbye the Senate runoff in GA.

Start fighting for Trump NOW or adios GOP....

Georgia's election fraud differs from Wisconsin's in a couple of small ways, but not in the way that counts:  what the Republican "leaders" are doing about it.

Wood is right.  Who the Hell needs Robin Vos and Sen. LaMahieu (and the rest of the Pusillanimous Pubbies)  if they don't have the backbone to smack the fraudsters across the head with a 2X4?

Pennsylvania, Chapter 5

Vox, who is an absolute ferret tenacity-wise on the election, sought the opinion of a lawyer-pal on the Pennsy Supremes' decision of yesterday.

That decision reversed a lower-court ruling enjoining the State from certifying its vote based on a claim of un-Constitutional legislation regarding mail-in ballots.  Alito already noted the dispute a couple of weeks ago and ordered Pennsy clerks to set mail-in ballots aside in case of court action but allowed them to be counted pro tem.

What does the barrister say?

...At common law, equitable cases had a variety of doctrines and defenses that did not apply for legal remedies. As one example, one who seeks a suit in equity must come with ‘clean hands.’ So if you can show that the plaintiff engaged in illegitimate behavior, you can argue that the plaintiff should not get an equitable decision even if that decision might otherwise be justified.

Another equitable doctrine is ‘laches,’ which means that you have to timely act. It is a defense that essentially says, “Plaintiffs took too long to make their claim.” Note that a laches defense does not address the merits of the underlying argument. It is solely a procedural claim.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court relied upon laches and said, “This law went into effect a year ago and none of the Plaintiffs did anything about it.” The opinion notes that the plaintiffs did nothing upon the law’s passing. The PA Supreme Court says, “They waited until millions cast their vote” so they will not allow the suit to go forward....

The Court ignored "standing" in this case.

Well, so what?

...Given the number of cases that are pending, I would bet that the USSC would take some type of case if for no other reason that it would give guidelines to lower courts, including appellate courts, for how to decide these cases in the future....

By that he means ALL of the pending cases, including those to be filed in Wisconsin, Arizona, and Nevada in the next few days.  He's expecting a "narrowly tailored" ruling from SCOTUS, too.

Drama!!  But if past pattern holds, you won't read or hear about much (if any) of this in the MSM.  After all, these are "conspiracy theories" or "debunked claims".

WI Black Voter Turnout Down This Year (?!)

Saw this a few weeks ago and saw it again due to Jessica McBride's new venture.  Reports a curious couple of facts vis-a-vis the election "results" flogged by The Nooz.  Fact one:  Milwaukee turnout was "stagnant"; fact two:  the number of black voters was down.

....Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania flipped, narrowly, from red in 2016 to blue in 2020. Pennsylvania pushed former Vice President Joe Biden’s total electoral college tally over the top, and he declared victory on Saturday.

In Wisconsin, his margin of victory was slim: just 20,539 votes, according to unofficial totals.

But voter turnout was stagnant in Milwaukee — and down in primarily Black neighborhoods, a Wisconsin Watch analysis found — at a time when the number of votes cast statewide soared above 2016 levels.

Wisconsin Watch examined the 17 voting wards in Milwaukee in which at least 85 percent of the voters are Black. The analysis found that the raw number of votes cast dropped in all of them in 2020 compared to 2016....

Not by much--perhaps 1,200 votes--but down.

Yet Biden "won" Wisconsin?

This Is How You Got Trump

Essay here is a double-whammy.  Not only is Nokona the LAST American glove company--it's the last American BASEBALL glove company.  National pastime?  Hello?

The Deep State is inimical to Trump, but so are the Economic Globalizers.  Those two are the real powers-that-be.  Teachers, kitty-litter writers/editors, and assorted bureaucrats at the state and local level are noisy nuisances, zits on the ass of the elephant, but Big Money and Big Global......they are the 600-lb. canaries.

...America’s power centers continue to champion free trade, despite mounting evidence that it’s proved ruinous for large swaths of society. While free-market fundamentalists declared for decades that a rising tide would lift all boats, researchers at the National Bureau of Economic Research found net job creation has “yet to materialize.” Instead, trade-related job loss produced living conditions in industrial areas “which had not been seen since the Great Depression,” and caused surges in government poverty assistance, divorce rates, violent crime, and opioid overdose deaths.

A separate set of NBER researchers concluded this month that members of Congress “had accurate information” to predict these effects, but “placed a relatively low weight” on the plight of the most vulnerable Americans. Two decades and multiple financial crises later, and taxpayers are routinely asked to bail out firms that upended their lives, while leading financial publications proclaim more globalization is the answer.

“Wall Street will tell you that if you don’t offshore we can’t afford things—really?” Kota said. “They’re lying. The financialization of the manufacturing industry has decimated this country, yet they continue to tell us these things.”...

Many of us saw it happen in real-time and some of us sat in a conference room with Jim Sensenbrenner and told him so.  *Yawn*  Jim will be living on a pension (plus benefits) soon.  Others?  They'll be working until they're dead.

Oh, by the way:  that 'financialiization of manufacturing' thing?  Think Mitt Rommey.  It's' not "piety" that motivates Mittens.  It's the money.

So yah, the country-mice, the deplorables, the God & Guns bunch, the Flyovers.....the America First heartland......all stood up in '16 and voted in their actual interests:  Trump.

And they did it again in 2020, as we will see very soon.

NOT Mentioned by Teddy Perry---Or Anyone Else

Sure, we'll pick on Ted Perry, but he shares the........ahh........low-light (?) with such as Channel 58, Channel 12, and the Journal-Sentinel Pravda.

You would think that Ted would climb out of that ooze, but......anyhow.

What don't they report?

...One of Braynard’s biggest findings involved voters who had submitted a National Change of Address form to the post office, indicating they had moved out of state, yet appeared to have voted in 2020 in the state they moved from.

In Georgia, the team found 138,221 such people, which represents a much larger number than the state’s current vote differential (12,670) in the presidential race.

In Michigan, there were 51,302 such people; Wisconsin had 26,673, Nevada had 27,271, Arizona had 19,997, and Pennsylvania had 13,671....

Gee.  Twenty-six thousand six hundred seventy three "we moved outta here" people who still voted in Wisconsin?

Is 26,000 > 21,000?

That's not even addressing (cough) the "indefinitely confined" question.

Teddy!!  Teddy!!!  Wake up, Teddy!!  You're not suspended any more!!

We won't bother with Belling, Wagner, Bott, or the other two at WISN.

What Robin Won't Do

In Pennsylvania, as we mentioned below, things are going nuclear.

Here's a member of the Legislature:

SB:  "You're saying you're going to get a joint resolution to actually go forward - the Republicans control the House and the Senate - to go forward, to basically take the power back from the Secretary of State and put it in the State Legislature to put forward the electors?"

DM:  "That is exactly what we're gonna do.  And so... look... it's gonna obviously be a struggle, we're gonna hear the palpitations and, you know, the outcries of our Governor Wolf and Secretary Boockvar - whose resignation should have happened months ago, and she shouldn't ever have been confirmed - but, you know what, we have that power, and we're gonna take that power back, because there's so much evidence of shenanigans and fraud, and we can't stand aside and just watch this unfold around us here.  You know, it's not about disenfranchising anybody, it's making sure that every legal vote counted and if there is extensive shenanigans out there, it's up to the General Assembly to step in.  So, we have a fight on our hands, and we're gonna fight, we're gonna take this fight all the way to the US Supreme Court if we have to."

Not a peep from Robin Vos about the 230,000++ illicit votes here.

That would require manhood.

Just Spitballin' Here

Some Hope? Yup!

Vox has been on top of certain elements of the election-fraud story.  Here he presents a thread which could be described as 'conspiracy theory stuff.'  Or it could be dead- nuts on track.

"It’s been finally approved to disclose that John Durham’s scope investigation wasn’t limited to what occurred in the 2016 election but has occurred in 2020 election."

"This isn’t limited to investigators at the FBI/DOJ but Investigation of all IC agencies in criminal meddling and conspiracy to commit fraud. This includes past government officials and past politicians."

"There’s several contracted government companies and NGO’s included. The point was to not allow this to happen again to any future Presidential elections."

Anon: what happens next?

"Trap was set. Biggest sting op in US history."

Anon: post proof.

"Over 20K operators mostly military sworn in and deputized and undercover. Full FISA approval down to a janitors communication."

"The architect to this coop was actually hatched at very prestigious ivy league university (heavy IC ties) that will soon be in the news embroiled by funding by a foreign hostile country.

First clue!"

"We have the source code for dominion software...

(Vox quoting Paul Furber)

The red-bold above is the Holy Grail, of course.  Plenty more at the link.

Only problem is it makes me feel Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy Too Good.

Pennsylvania Goes Nuclear

Besides the case brought before SCOTUS before the election--a case which is likely to go in favor of Trump--late last night a Pennsylvania judge issued an opinion which:

... stat[es] the Pennsylvania preliminary ELECTION CERTIFICATION injunction was PROPERLY ISSUED and should be upheld.

McCullough added this, “Additionally, petitioners appear to have established a likelihood to succeed.”...

The case for injunction is the same one made in the pre-election case:   ...."whether legislative expansion of absentee balloting to broad mail-in balloting violated the Pennsylvania Constitution...."

At the same time, the Pennsy Legislature--majority Republican--is preparing to take back its Constitutional power to name the State's Electoral College delegates.

No matter what the local RadioMouthPussies say, you have not heard a fat lady sing.

Milwaukee County Certifies Fraud-Vote

To no one's surprise, Milwaukee County certified its vote fraud.

Note well:  this is over the strenuous objections of THE MAN, Bob Spindell, who was told to STFU and STFD by the Milwaukee County Elections Commission Democrat Machine Corruptocrats when he attempted to put on the record the flat-out illegal blocking of observation by "observers."  (I was one of the observers who was blocked, by the way.)

That's another part of the Federal case which will be filed soon.

By the way, Milwaukee County Election officials say 'there were no instances of fraud.'

OK, then.

Tom Barrett's Murder-City Record UPDATED

While Tommy Barrett & Co. have been busy frauding-up the vote totals in Milwaukee, his corrupt-o-crat regime has been ignoring dead people

As of November 7th (THREE WEEKS AGO), Milwaukee set a new homicide record--166.

Oh, yes, there are more........two just yesterday!

Can't seem to find the new-record total in the Milwaukee Pravda, however.  Huh!

UPDATE:  Milwaukee Pravda has the numbers.  Gotta know where to look.

One hundred seventy-two!!

Trump v. Mark Belling. Trump Wins

This should be fun.

...The Trump campaign is seeking to disqualify 238,420 ballots cast during the Nov. 3 election between Dane and Milwaukee counties, according to a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel analysis — an effort that has been unsuccessful so far as part of recounts in both counties but could end up in court. ...

That INCLUDES in-person early votes, the ones Mark Belling has been flogging for years.

Math:  if Milwaukee and Dane Counties went 65/35 for Biden, then on a draw-down, Biden loses ~155,000 votes; Trump loses only ~80,000.  But Biden, with his current (fraudulent) 20,000 vote margin, loses the State.

Seems that the in-person early votes do NOT have a separate ballot application, which is required by Wisconsin statute.  Clerks--taking the advice of the notoriously "make-it-up-on-the-fly" Wisconsin Elections Commission Commission to Elect Democrats--have considered the envelope to be 'the application,' an interpretation which is silly on its face.

And, under Equal Treatment law, the campaign is also requesting that ALL the "indefinitely confined" ballots be scrapped.  Every voter in the State MUST show ID--except those who self-identify as "indefinitely confined."  That's not "equal treatment" is it?

Whoops.

Belling--as we noted earlier--has already given up the fight and is tending to his horsies.  Yesterday, the rest of the WISN on-air staff gave up, too.  It's easier to get along if you go along, right?

Pussies.

Hydroxy + Zinc + Z-pack Works Against Covid

Study demonstrates that Hydroxychloroquine + Zinc + Z-pack works very well in EARLY treatment of Covid.

First COVID-19 outpatient study based on risk stratification and early antiviral treatment at the beginning of the disease.

Low-dose hydroxychloroquine combined with zinc and azithromycin was an effective therapeutic approach against COVID-19.

Significantly reduced hospitalisation rates in the treatment group.

Reduced mortality rates in the treatment group.

Georgia Kraken, Part XXI

The Gloom Boys (WISN on-air staffers) have given up the fight.

Maybe they don't read the news?

...First and foremost is Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia, an experienced cybercrimes investigator and digital security executive, who has worked with the CIA, NSA, FBI, and U.S. military counterintelligence, as well as corporate financial giants like Deutsche Bank and Stripe.

In an affidavit filed with Powell’s complaint in a Georgia court before midnight Wednesday, Keshavarz-Nia had this bombshell assessment....

...“I conclude with high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in a hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred to Vice President Biden.”

These alterations, he added, resulted from widespread vulnerabilities in voting software and systems that allowed a “Man-in-the-Middle cyber attack” by covert operators....

So how did this "Man in the Middle" attack occur?  If you've kept up with the story, you recall that a Philadelphia warehouse break-in resulted in the theft of a cryptographic key on a DVS thumb drive.

The affiant--who has worked for CIA, FBI, and NSA, along with major US companies--is regarded as one of the country's leading cybersecurity experts, hailed as such by none other than the NYTimes.

Noteworthy:  he also has worked with Dominion/DVS systems along with its ImageCast and AuditMark sub-systems.

But the WISN guys are smarter.

Jiggering the Covid-19 Numbers

This is not surprising at all.  Dr. Genevieve Briand of Johns Hopkins published a study (still being vetted) which tells us:

...The overall conclusion is that Covid-19, at least according to collected data, is not the killer disease that it is currently hyped up to be. AIER is not endorsing the study as is without further study, but we are interested in the argument being examined and discussed....

...According to this graph constructed using data provided by the CDC from the last 6 years, total deaths have remained relatively constant and increases can be explained by various factors such as a larger population. The spikes in deaths in 2020 are consistent with historical trends, only topping 2018 by 11,292 deaths. There have been over 262,000 deaths attributed to Covid-19 in the United States, yet total deaths have not increased in any alarming capacity; they have only mirrored existing trends. In short, according to 6 years of data collected by the CDC, Covid-19 has not led to any significant increase in deaths....

So what?

Glad you asked!!

...Deaths have remained relatively constant, yet reported deaths due to deadly conditions such as heart disease have fallen while reported Covid deaths have risen. This suggests that the current Covid death count is in some capacity relabeled deaths due to other ailments. According to the graph, reported Covid deaths even overtook heart disease as the main cause of death at one point, which should raise suspicion....

That's been the suspicion for months already.

But but but but Covid gave "health authorities" monster teeeeeeeeeeveeeeeeee time and--even better--authority to decree this, mandate that, order this AND that........you know.  They finally emerged from the dark room in the basement where they were kept.

Yah.  That worked out well.

Did The Mink Vote? In Wisconsin, They Could

Some possibilities *arise* from this story.

Hundreds of minks that were killed in Denmark to prevent the spread of the coronavirus have reportedly risen from their shallow graves after gases built up inside their bodies....

Wisconsin Democrats registered every damned one to vote.

Never mind that they are Danish mink.  They voted absentee, claiming "indefinite confinement" thus avoiding ID requirements.

Dominion Design "Flaw"--or "Feature"?

In the post below, the Fox6 reporter mentioned an essay by Andrew Appel, a Princeton professor.  In that essay, Appel brought up a 'design flaw' in Dominion voting systems.

...When I feed my marked ballot into an optical scanner,  I do not want the optical scanner to have the ability to fill in more bubbles on my ballot!  The whole purpose of the paper ballots, and the human-inspection random audits, and the human-inspection recounts, is to guard against the possibility that a hacker installed cheating software into the voting machine.  If the cheating software can mark my ballot, after the last time I can inspect it, then the ballot seen by the recount team is not the same as I marked it.

This appears to be an elementary security-design mistake.  Security design isn’t easy!  A good security designer has to be able to think adversarially, to understand the threat model, to understand how the software could subvert the hardware.  In this case, the threat is:

  1. Hacker exploits a security vulnerability of the ImageCast voting machine or on the election-administration laptop computer that prepares ballot files.  For example, the ImageCast has several USB ports, and USB is notoriously insecure.
  2. Hacker uses this vulnerability to install additional software on the ImageCast, that fills in additional ovals on the op-scan ballot, after the voter has inserted it for scanning.  For extra credit, don’t perfectly fill in the ovals like a BMD normally would; instead, mimic the style that the voter has used with a pen.  For double-extra-credit, do this only when the scanner detects that the voter has used a similar color pen to the ink-jet cartridge in the BMD’s printer.  For triple-extra-credit, only fill in ovals in races where the voter hasn’t already marked a vote, this avoids overvotes that would draw attention to the paper ballot during an audit or recount....

 (Italics in original)

Further:

Note added on March 5, 2019:  This machine has a “permission to cheat” mode just like the ES&S ExpressVote.

(bold in original)

Dominion systems were rejected by the State of Texas for their security problems, and Sidney Powell's team has sworn testimony from I.T. people and poll workers questioning not only USB usage but the internet-connection of those machines.

Notable:  it appears that Dominion machines do NOT create a clear audit trail.

For purposes of stealing elections, these are features, not bugs.

Whitewashing Wisconsin Elections

It's not what "the nooz" DOES report.  It's what "the nooz" does NOT report.

So when Fox6 interviewed Reid Magney--a highly partisan bureaucrat--they got the answers to some, but not all, of the questions.

The objective here was to whitewash the Wisconsin vote and Dominion voting machines.

President Donald Trump has blasted a particular voting machine company, Dominion Voting Systems, used in some Wisconsin municipalities like Racine, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac and West Bend, but regular audits check that the paper ballots match what the machines recorded....

Let's grant that all of that is true.  So what?

This year's Wisconsin vote fraud was not found in voting machines (at least, not yet).  It was found in highly questionable absentee ballotsCounting fraudulent ballots, re-counting fraudulent ballots, and then auditing a count and recount of fraudulent ballots is useless.  Doh.

As to Dominion machine flaws....

..."The software itself was created with so many variables and so many backdoors or thumb drives or whatever, but one of its characteristic features is its ability to flip votes," said Sidney Powell.

The Trump campaign distanced itself from Powell after a press conference last week writing, "She is not a member of the Trump legal team.”...

The phrase 'distanced itself', as commonly used, implies a negative relationship.  Another example of that would be "Fox6 distanced itself from Ted Perry after a tasteless Facebook post, keeping him off the air for a week."

A different way to phrase it?  "Trump campaign lawyers are pursuing ballot fraud whereas Powell is separately taking up challenges to Dominion systems' integrity."  See the difference?

And then there's the tried-and-true method of "non-reporting":  report it at the bottom of the story.  So the penultimate graf tells us that yes, yes indeed, there IS controversy over Dominion:

...Still, Princeton University Professor Andrew Appel wrote of a “design flaw in Dominion ImageCast Evolution Voting Machine.”...

We could cut Fox6 some slack here.  The story was not about Dominion systems' flaws, so Fox6 really didn't want to open that can of worms in this context.  I'll highlight a little bit of Appel's essay in my next post.

The story, instead, was all about auditing a recount of a recount--exactly what Reid Magney wanted you to hear.

It certainly was NOT about 200,000+++ highly-questionable absentee ballots.

Several More Excisions from Swamp

Who coulda guessed these fossils were still Big Wigs?

Members who were suddenly removed include former Secretaries of State Madeleine Albright and Henry Kissinger, former ranking member of the House Intelligence committee Jane Harman and former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, two of the officials said.

The Defense Policy Board is an outside advisory group of former high profile national security officials who "provide the Secretary of Defense and the Deputy Secretary of Defense, independent, informed advice and opinions concerning matters of defense policy in response to specific tasks from the Secretary of Defense, the Deputy Secretary of Defense," according to their website....,.

Blah blah blah.

Georgia Kraken, P. 9, Para. 14

Vox posted this but it's worth a re-post.  This is in Powell's filing, P.9, Para. 14:

...As explained and demonstrated in the accompanying redacted declaration of a former electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military Intelligence with experience gathering SAM missile system electronic intelligence, the Dominion software was accessed by agents acting on behalf of China and Iran in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent US general election in 2020.  This Declaration further includes a copy of the patent records for Dominion Systems in which Eric Coomer is listed as the first of the inventors of Dominion Voting Systems.  (See Attached hereto as Exh. 8, copy of redacted witness affidavit, 17 pages, November 23, 2020). ...

But you did NOT know about PRC/Iranian access to Dominion software, didja?

Don't Like My Rules? Then Don't EAT, Peasants!

People in that State don't like them--or her, either.

So she posts NEW rules cutting off grocery supplies to residents.

Gee.  That's likely to win friends!

Stasi On Patrol in Vermont

The Teachers' Union in Vermont has a new assignment:  Be the Local Stasi!!

If families in Vermont dare to go to Grandma’s for Thanksgiving they can forget about sending their children back to school next week.

According to Gov. Phil Scott, schools will be adding new questions to daily health checks about how students spent their holiday. Depending on the answer, kids may have to take online classes for a two-week period or quarantine for a week and then get tested for COVID-19. If negative, they can come back....

 No, we are not surprised.
