Below we mentioned the impossible "down-ballot" discrepancy in Georgia.
Now comes before us one Lin Wood.
...Attorney L. Lin Wood, Jr. who is a resident and legal voter of the state of Georgia, filed a legal complaint yesterday against not only Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, but also against the members of the Secretary of State’s State Board of Elections for getting into this agreement....
It appears that Raffensperger and the Board of Elections got into bed with Marc Eliason and got up with a social disease an illegal and un-Constituional settlement agreement which changed the procedures for handling absentee ballots without the knowledge or consent of the Legislature.
That's a big no-no.
Wood wants the entire Georgia election to NOT be certified, or that all the absentee ballots be removed from the vote-totals, or some other remedy to which HE agrees.
Heh.
