WI Mis-Reported WuFlu Deaths in Nursing Homes

Wow.

This is a VERY big difference.

The share of COVID-19 deaths in Wisconsin long-term care facilities jumped from 30% to 45% in March when the state Department of Health Services adjusted its data to account for hundreds of long-term care residents that it had previously marked as having an "unknown" housing setting.

So near half the deaths in WI due to China-Flu were in nursing homes.

Knowing that would have made a difference in flu-fighting tactics, no?

[The Evers] administration did not answer questions about why it took months to update the data and how long ago the reclassified deaths occurred.

Same people who worked in the Unemployment Comp offices, I suppose.
