Homicide charges have been filed against the man who police say shot and killed a well-known immigration attorney after a road rage incident on Milwaukee’s east side in September.
Police identified the suspect in a criminal complaint as Theodore M. Edgecomb, 30, of Milwaukee, who is still at large. He has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide and two counts of bail jumping....
"Bail jumping?"
...In March, Edgecomb was arrested and jailed in Waukesha County after being charged with six misdemeanors, including carrying a concealed weapon, according to online court records.
He posted a $250 bail March 4, but was arrested two days later in Milwaukee County for an outstanding warrant for a felony substantial battery charge and two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, records show.
He was released March 7 on a $1,500 signature bond...
