We were told that Wisconsin didn't have the money for this.
Governor Tony Evers announced Thursday night that his administration has "immediately moved" to pay full November payments to Wisconsin FoodShare recipients.
We also know that the Feds have NOT sent the money as of yesterday, when 'Little Cabbage' Tony said he would fund the cards.
Is something missing here?
Maybe there is a Highly-Trained Professional Reporter who can explain this.
