Federal investigators hit the brakes on what court records described as a scheme in the Milwaukee area to cheat in the process of obtaining licenses to drive some of the largest and most powerful vehicles on the roadways.

...The complaint identified Jaspreet Singh as an individual who orchestrated the scheme, which an investigator described during a Nov 10 preliminary hearing in federal court....
...Mr. Singh was basically the one who were recruited his friends and other associates within the South Asian Indian community, for the purpose of having them cheat and illegally obtain their commercial driver's license," U.S. Department of Transportation Special Agent John Modransky told the court. ...
They hid their Bluetooth earpieces under their "RELIGIOUS NECESSITY" turbans.
