Mark Warner, Soft-Handed WarMonger Bitch

Warner has very soft hands for a guy who talks tough about the only peace plan on the table.

...  it feels like this was a plan that they took almost entirely from the Russians, did no consultation with Congress, no consultation with the Europeans, obviously didn’t read in Zelenskyy and the Ukrainians, and now they’re getting ferocious pushback....

But that "pushback" is only coming from Europeans (who cares?), US Senators (who cares?), and the Deep State (who cares)?  Of course, here "Deep State" actually means State Department striped-pants drones and droolers who were left out for a reason:  they don't get stuff done.  Which plan have they put forward?  For that matter, Marky-Mark, which plan have YOU put forward?

Warner continues to wail and snort because he is ..........offended.

...  the Ukrainians have performed magnificently in the field. And they are reinventing the nature of warfare in terms of use — use of drones. To have this proposal forced upon them, I think as Zelenskyy said, Ukrainian dignity versus giving up a partner, I would hope the president would not be so weak as to try to force this plan on the Ukrainian and our other allies....

No, Marky-Mark.  Weakness is YOUR thing.  Face it, boy, Zelinskiy and Europe do not have to accept the plan.  They just have to finance and fight the war all by themselves.  (Of course, you could go over there and help.  Please take Liiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnndssssseeeeeeeeeeeey along as a room-mate.

Keep your pinky finger up when drinking the tea, Marky-Mark.  Let real men handle treaties.

P.S.:  Warner is corrupt as Hell.  He was Senate Select Intel--trying to depose Trump--during the first term.

You’re missing the point. The “peace deal” was Russian propaganda shilled by Trump.

And on a related “bitch” note, federal judge on Monday dismissed the criminal indictments against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James after finding the prosecutor who brought the cases, former Trump attorney Lindsey Halligan, was not lawfully appointed.

The case was doomed from the start. To secure a conviction for making a false statement or obstruction, the government had to prove Comey acted "knowingly and willfully" or "corruptly", which requires definitive evidence that he knew his statements were false, not merely the result of confusion or mistake.

As to your point #1: You miss the real point: the US electorate wants OUT of that war; Trump is making that happen. Doesn't much matter to Americans how he does it. Only SwampShit wants to stay in there.

As to #2, perhaps the judge was correct, but based on Trump's track record at SCOTUS (25 of 28 are wins), it's likelyl the judge was wrong.

Even so, it cost each of the perps (and they are both guilty) a hundred grand or so--or more. Awwwwww........

It's way too early in the game to be doing a happy dance here. Lawfare is all about making the legal process itself a political punishment. They've made the process so expensive few can afford to play the game well enough and long enough to actually win. The drain on James and Comey is just beginning. Of course they can always capitulate like Michael Flynn did. What goes around comes around. This is ugly, but unquestionably fair. Do unto others and all that stuff.
