We don't know what is wrong with Cong Swalwell's (D-Ca) mind, but here's what he said on MS-NBC:
..."we have to show Donald Trump as a chaos agent..."
Does Swalwell think he's Maxwell Smart? Is he fever-dreaming that '60's show?
Or are his problems far more serious than mere 'fever-dreams'? Was he anywhere near that White House west-wing entrance in the last few days?
