Is Taylor Marshall still running for President, or was that a plea for more attention?

Does Taylor Marshall know how the Church actually works, or is this a plea for more attention:

On Wednesday's episode of Human Events Daily, host Jack Posobiec was joined by Dr. Taylor Marshall for a discussion on potential changes that Pope Francis may be considering within the Catholic Church, including the church's longstanding position on same sex marriage....

Francis I will NOT 'change the Church's ....position on same-sex marriage.'

He may issue some official-looking statement which appears to be 'authoritative' and/or appears to 'change' things.

But he cannot actually change the Church's position that marriage is between a man and a woman.  Period.

Did he actually change the Church's position on the death penalty?  Nope.  He ran his mouth on the topic, but look at the current Catechism--there's no real 'change.'

Taylor is hoping for attention, and we just gave him some.  Now, Taylor, get back to your Presidential campaign.
