In English, that means they guessed about what happened long ago, and made up s**t about what will happen in the future, using Excel to make it look really cool.
The propaganda is part of the current campaign to change "weather" into "climate" because Summer is Hot--except when Summer is The End of the World As We Know It. Just ask CNN, or the Idiot-in-Charge at the United Nations.
And Suburban Moms buy into this stuff.
