Obama waited nine months to nominate someone to run TSA.
You'd think that was enough time to be sure that the nominee didn't have any problems.
Nope.
The White House nominee to lead the Transportation Security Administration gave Congress misleading information about incidents in which he inappropriately accessed a federal database, possibly in violation of privacy laws, documents obtained by The Washington Post show
Seems that while in the FBI, Southers was curious about his estranged wife's new boyfriend--so he checked the files.
AND he kinda sorta forgot "the details".
