"The Chicago Way" used to refer to how corruption was practiced from elections through all levels of "governance."
Now there's a new front to 'the Way.'
If you're a gang member who killed someone from a rival gang during a shootout, no worries!! In the New Chicago Way, you won't be prosecuted. At all. Not even for jaywalking if you did that to kill the other guy.
