Gorsuch's EEEEEEVIL Reliance on "The Constitution"

Of course Totenberg thinks Gorsuch is stupid and tone-deaf.  He thinks that the Constitution has value and remains the fundamental law of the land.  (In contrast, Kennedy thinks that Unicorn Farts and Sparkles are normative.)
