Meantime, flood victims in SE Wisconsin, fire victims in Los Angeles, and even more flood victims in North Carolina are left without their homes, cars, and goods--but still liable for paying mortgages and car loans.
Congress should be reminded that charity begins at home.
They need forceful and frequent reminders because they are jackwads.
