The "reasonable" red flag law now before the Senate is supposed to make us think that the Senators are debating a useful law which will prevent all sorts of murders and mayhem.
It won't: it's un-Constitutional.
If you ever thought that Congress is full of preening actors, you were correct.
But that won't stop them.
