Here's a bill which should get approved and signed in January of '14:
...legislation authored by Rep. Jacque and Sen. Glenn Grothman (R-West Bend), bans abortion coverage in state employee health plans
and provides an exemption from the state contraceptive insurance
coverage mandate for non-profit religious organizations, religious
employers and religious institutions of higher education....
That would be AB216. I'm sure that Rep. Kleefisch and Sen. Fitzgerald will push this hard.
Right?
