How far did Jarrett have to dive through the list of Dem party "fixers" before Podesta finally answered the phone? They had to have left a lot of unanswered voicemails and listened to more than a few "I'm busy" excuses before they landed on Podesta's name. A telling state of affairs for a lame duck President.
