Holder: Perjurer?

Guess he musta just "forgot" about things, eh?

“First of all you’ve got a long way to go to try to prosecute the press for publication of material. This has not fared well in American history… In regard to potential prosecution of the press for the disclosure of material. This is not something I’ve ever been involved in, heard of, or would think would be wise policy.

That was last week, under oath.

Attorney General Eric Holder signed off on a controversial search warrant that identified Fox News reporter James Rosen as a “possible co-conspirator” in violations of the Espionage Act and authorized seizure of his private emails, a law enforcement official told NBC News on Thursday.

Woopsie!

Isn't he in contempt of Congress? That's why Obama has full confidence in him. So much in fact, Holder gets to investigate himself for wrongdoing.

Democrats cannot afford to allow Obama to keep Holder in place much longer. As much as Holder is described as the gatekeeper to Obama, he has become absolutely toxic to the rest of the party. Holder's usefulness has expired. Career bureaucrats will continue to leak all over Holder until he's gone and then some. It took longer than expected, but the blowback to the Chicago Way has finally arrived. The media senses blood and scandal... and nothing sells quite like blood and scandal. Democrats need to move as much as possible of this into a special prosecutor's secret grand jury atmosphere and out of the press. 2014 and 2016 are far more important to them than Eric Holder.

Weak, weak, weak.

Holder signed off, period.

Then he swore that he didn't.

He's another lying sack of shit who learned at Billary's knees.

Hey people! Read this post again:

The first statement is about prosecution for DISCLOSURE, that is, publishing classified information. An unwise policy

The second statement is about soliciting classified information, that is, asking a federal employee to commit a crime by providing him with classified information.

Two separate and distinct things.

Holder had to court-shop his complaint--and if Rosen had not been named a "co-conspirator" Holder would NEVER have gotten his way.

He's walking dead and will be gone in 90 days or less.

Bus now on stilts.
