Apparently Apple allows a download of an app which works to notify others that "ICE is here".
... Download the App., and if you encounter a long checkout line at WalMart, Home Depot, DMV or Post Office etc., activate the ICE alert and watch what happens....
Hint: the lines will get shorter.
