A magistrate judge in Madison says the prosecution of "Judge" (Queen of All She Sees) Dugan should continue. Violating Federal criminal law is .......violating criminal law, you see.

Get that: a Lefty "Judge" relies on STATE'S RIGHTS!!)
By the way, Queen Dugan was the "judge" who let the cop-killer back onto the streets before he killed the cop.
Adelman, the judge who will have the case, has not opined. He can still dismiss the magistrate judge's opinion and let Queen Dugan continue on her merry criminal path.
