Foo-Foo Dust in "Queen" Dugan Case

You have to admit this:  the lawyer managed to deliver this load of foo-foo dust with a straight face.

The occasion was an appeal of a magistrate's ruling that The Queen (in) Her State Court--a/k/a Hannah Dugan--should be tried for a criminal violation of Federal law.

... "The government is interfering with the judiciary," Defense Attorney Masnica said. "The judiciary is the check and the balance on the executive branch on the government. And when prosecutors don't like the decisions, or the executive doesn't like the decision of a jurist or a judge, the problem is that we're now setting a precedent where they can essentially charge them with a crime if they don’t like that decision, and where does that stop?"...

*Cough* yah, sweetie.  Sure.

Nobody is talking about 'not liking a decision.'  The charges are for activity, not a 'decision.'

Criminal activity is criminal activityNo one is above the law, remember?
