Short answer: nope.
The average undergraduate IQ has fallen by nearly 20 points in 80 years--massive. This drop has happened at every level of education....

IQ is 'learned,' not inborn. Parents (on average) do not require much of their children any more, so they don't learn to read nor deal with math until grade school; let's not ever bring up speaking and writing clear English.
