Yah, we know about "climate" and "population." But there's another difference.
A very big difference.
John Lott's newest paper shows this:
“Murder isn’t a nationwide problem. It’s a problem in a small set of urban areas, and even in those counties, murders are concentrated in small areas inside them, and any solution must reduce those murders,” Lott concludes....
NO Wisconsin county outside of Milwaukee makes the Top 2% of murder-counties.
Too bad that Mayor Johnson is not mentally equipped to handle the obvious problem, and also too bad that the District Attorney in Milwaukee doesn't really give a damn.
