The other day, Jay Weber read a rant written for him demanding that taxpayers cough up another $60 BILLION for the corruptocrats and kick-back artists in Ukraine.
We privately speculated that Paul Ryan wrote that rant for Jay (who has a reputation as the laziest RadioMouth in Milwaukee.)
And sure enough, today Little Paulie Ryan, who couldn't leave Janesville fast enough after quitting Congress for the Really Big Money in New York.....THAT Little Paulie came out with almost the same speech demanding US taxpayer money for the corruptocrats so they can launder it back to Ryan's new BFFs.
Ain't no such thing as co-incidence, friends. Here's Little Paulie wearing his Globaloney Military-Industrial-Complex pajamas:
...So what I very much worry about is they're helping curate a line of thought, a school of thought that is isolationist, that is pro-Putin, pro-Russia, pro-tyranny at the end of the day. And that is extremely dangerous for all democracy but for us as ourselves as a democracy.
And so what I see Tucker as, just one little chapter in that story. I didn't watch that whole interview. I watched a little bit of it, but it just looked like a kind of an infomercial for Putin to be able to push his propaganda....
The "I" word: isolationist!!!! Just like John F Kennedy and the America First group. You remember Kennedy, the man who caved in to Russia and cut Europe loose and then shut down democracy in America--don't you?
Ryan's Teneo 'consultancy' must have some MIC clientele.
As to teaching Econ at Notre Dame, Paul: what do you tell the kiddies about national bankruptcies? Hmmmm??

Paul Ryan is worried about TYRANNY? Excuse me but what part of 2020 does Paul not understand as TYRANNY? Did he hear mandatory, mandatory as yada, yada freedom?
Paul Ryan is worried about DEMOCRACY? Democracy is a procedure which was to be used within Republics to mitigate disputes between free people. It was never intended to be the structure of government because pure democracy is mob rule, and our founders knew that fact.
Paul Ryan is worried about ISOLATIONISM? Like minding your own business and letting your fellow humans mind theirs? Perhaps he fears simply keeping your own house in order will somehow abruptly shut down global commerce.
Maybe Professor Paul should read a book. Trade between nations existed in antiquity according to old ink on old paper. Oh, right. Fahrenheit 451. Read the book. Saw the movie. Authorities banning ink on paper seemed to be a total fantasy to my childhood understanding. That was before the rapidly maturing digital reality. - Mark78
