I'm a bit ambivalent on the OWS stuff. There is a right to assembly/redress of grievance, yada. On the other hand, I don't think that those rights include a 'right' to create a health and safety hazard for lots of other people.
So NYC cleared out the park.
Then a judge said that NYC could NOT clear the park.
Un-mentioned in the post is a significant fact: the lawyers who obtained the restraining order against NYC are from the National Lawyers' Guild.
Which has been a Communist front-organization for decades.
