But it's the SPENDING that needs control.

Rush: Fix Your Template
After a few hundred hours (or so it seems) of hearing the "tax cuts are good" mantra from El Rushbo, I am impelled to ask him to PLEASE adjust the template.
Tax cuts are nice.
Here in Wisconsin we know about drunken sailor-spenders. We elect them.
