Mayorkas--or whoever writes his lines--is using Marxist language about illegals. He must have learned this in Cuba where he was born. (He can return any time he likes.)

Search all you like, but neither the Declaration nor the Constitution mentions "equity" as a 'core founding principle.' For that matter, none of the Founders used that term, either.
