Scary Headline, No Story. Surprise!!

As usual with the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, the headline isn't supported by the facts which are buried pretty deep in the story.  It takes a great deal of editorial effort to keep up the perversions, obversions, and mutations of truth pushed by this rag.  (Still $3.00/month and worth about half that.)

Headline:  Wisconsin Communities Going Without [Chinese Communist Party Virus] Restrictions as Cases Continue to Rise

They're playing to crowds as dumb as they are, of course.  The conclusion these Karens want you to draw is that the "rise" is connected to the "going without."

See????  If you live in Waukesha County, YOU ARE GOING TO DIE!!!!!!

Umnnnhhhh.....nope.  Here's the part they didn't really want you to read:

...The state set a record Friday for the number of new test results, with 6,496. 

Of those, 410 were positive, bringing the overall total to 11,685. That's the second-highest increase since the state began testing.

The percentage of new tests that were positive for the virus was 6.3% — the exact same as the average over the previous six days.

The state's count of total deaths rose by 11 on Friday, to 445....

In order:  1)  Lots more tests will bring lots more positives.  Most of us learned that sort of math in grade school, but apparently some did not.  2)  Positive 6.3% is about 1/3rd LESS than Wisconsin's average of 10% up until late April.  LESS.

Read the headline and prepare to die.  Read the actual news--and hit the bars happily!!
