It's not news that marijuana use produces stupidity and psychosis. That link is three years old, and there are newer studies saying the same thing.
So when Gannett Newspapers (through Little Pravda) wails and snorts over Wisconsin 'missing lotsa tax revenues' due to its ban on retail sales of recreational pot, there's only one conclusion we can draw:
Gannett Wants Stupid & Psychotic Wisconsin Citizens.
Maybe to match the profile(s) of its employees??
