Kaul, an extreme partisan, sues to void Gableman's subpoenas of various other extreme partisans.
Whether or not Kaul prevails, it's clear that Gableman is lost in space on this assignment.
Ask your pals in the Legislature--off the record--and you'll find out that Robin Vos is submarining this effort to find the sources of election fraud in the State.
That's why he stiff-armed Brandtjen and picked Gableman. She knew exactly what she was after (and whom) and Robin Vos didn't want that out there.
