"Judge not" and "condemn not" is NOT about 'judging' or 'condemning' acts such as homosexual intercourse, killing babies, or defrauding investors. Judging and condemning immoral acts is exactly what 'judges' and 'juries' do every day. Instead, Christ referred to 'judging' or 'condemning' the state of a soul, substituting oneself for God, Who is the ONLY Judge of a soul.
