The background of the principal sponsor-ette, Marina Dimitrievic, fits right in with the radical-Left proposal. Dimitrijevic is a member of the Working Families Party, (which could also be called the Komsomol). From Wiki:

In any case, please notice "ACORN" in the Wiki description. They're out of business for a reason: they were so corrupt that they were prosecuted into virtual extinction.

The City of Milwaukee would mail absentee ballot applications to all of its roughly 300,000 registered voters...Barrett plans on re-allocating FedGov CoronaVirus funds to pay for this, too.
