We've put on quite a few miles around the Milwaukee area in the last several weeks.
Today's traffic was the heaviest I've seen since Tokin'Tony's Imprisonment began. Probably twice the volume I've seen recently.
Hmmmm.......

I made the same observation here in La Crosse. At some point small businesses just need to open with or without permission from Comrade Tony.
And priests need to open their churches without the permission of Komrade Bischop! Why?
Because we Catholic laity:
-- have a DUTY before God to save our souls,
-- we therefore have the RIGHT to the Mass and Sacraments that enable salvation,
-- which in turn means that the clergy have the DUTY to provide us the Mass and Sacraments, even if the episcopal clerics among them have chosen to restrict the Mass and Sacraments.
