A Guatemalan national in the country illegally was arrested by Utah police on Monday for
allegedlyraping an 11-year-old girlimproving the economy, according to police records obtained by The Daily Wire.Twenty-six-year-old Jonathan Estuardo Ruano Garcia is being held in the Utah County jail, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) placed a detainer on him, the sheriff’s office told The Daily Wire....
He "thought she was 13-14" which is the age at which illegals may improve the economy.
