Anyhow, John Kirby (a/k/a "The Idiot") is taking up where poor old Baghdad Bob left off.
Pentagon ponyboy John Kirby denied with a straight face that Joe Biden's regime did not leave weapons in Afghanistan. He said with a straight face the following: "We didn't just leave a bunch of weapons in Afghanistan. This is a fallacy. This is a farce.”
This is a total lie. Not only did America leave weapons behind, those same weapons ended up being found in another conflict. NBC News reported on this back in January, 2023, and used the exact word WEAPONS in their report....
IIRC, the value of the weapons Joe Biden left there was several hundred million dollars.

The DOD's official report put the figure over $7BB, although that was all military equipment and not just "weapons." There were at least 250,000-300,000 rifles abandoned, $48MM of ammunition, as well as major systems like MRAPs and helicopters.
Also, the world "fallacy" means an error in logic, not an error of fact. A farce is definitely what the Afghanistan withdrawal was, but not in the way he means it.
