Last night, Tucker defended self-defense.
But not well.
One of the cases he outlined occurred in Austin, TX. A perp entered a convenience store and began terrorizing the customers, waving a knife.
The goblin left the store and got into his car after the proprietor pulled out his gun.
The proprietor chased the perp out of the store and fired rounds into the car, killing the perp.
NEVER DO THAT!
Whether Tucker likes it or not, there was no imminent threat against life or grave bodily harm.
