Part of Gov. Tony Evers' 2023-'25 budget proposal includes restoring driver's licenses to all adults regardless of immigration status, something advocacy groups in Wisconsin have been wanting for years.
Here's the laugh-line:

Umnnhhh.....since the reckless and/or drunk and/or high drivers don't have a license in the first damn place, and will never obtain one (they can't read, either) who are you trying to kid?
