We saw this little quote this morning:

We had a conversation in the last couple of days which bears on that. Turns out that someone I know left the NIH after several years' employment there, claiming loud-and-clear that NIH is corrupt as Hell.
Yes, that's hearsay, and no, that relative did not send a letter documenting his complaint.
But it's smoke, and it's more and more evident that the smoke is coming from a serious dumpster-fire which dumpster makes a lot of life-or-death decisions for you.
