That doesn't leave many alternatives for judging this little "exercise," does it?
You've all heard about it, of course. It was a 'tabletop' exercise, running from January through August 2019, which centered on how the US should react to a China-released virus which killed over 500,000 Americans and hospitalized nearly 8 million of the 110 million who were sick.
The exercise discovered that a "lockdown" would seriously damage the country and particularly, its schools.
Participants in the exercise? Glad you asked!! Jeff Tucker did some digging.
...I’ve only followed up on this report [mentioned by RFK Jr. in his book The Real Anthony Fauci] in light of growing focus on the person who coordinated Crimson Contagion: Robert Kadlec, who served in the Trump administration as Assistant Secretary of Health and Human Services, Preparedness and Response. It was he who also ran the COVID response between HHS and the Department of Homeland Security.
Kadec’s lifetime government service (and, yes, he is said to be CIA) extends all the way back to the G.W. Bush administration when in 2007 he took the position of Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Biodefense Policy on the Homeland Security Council from 2007 to 2009. The very notion of lockdowns originated in that administration....
If Kadlec is CIA, he's "sheep-dipped"--that is, a Government employee who is (or becomes) CIA, but ostensibly holding a 'non-CIA' job.
Hmmm.

...Also participating were former Trump administration officials Rex Tillerson (Secretary of State, 2017–2018) and John F. Kelly, who was White House chief of staff from 2017 to 2019....
Oh. Those guys. The ones Trump very publicly fired. Agenda, anyone?
Participants, which included Fed and some State governments as well as a lot of health-related private-sector outfits such as Assssssencion, Medline, United Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, among others, discovered that it was damned difficult to run their operations with 'social-distance'/work-from-home requirements. (A complete list is available at the link above).
The Planners (all of them Enlightened, to be sure) also discovered that shutting down schools wasn't an easy task, as schools were largely governed by local boards or States.
(We'll mention what Jeff Tucker did not: that 'schools problem' was easily solved by enlisting the teachers' unions, AFT and NEA--both of which hated Trump and don't have much use for parents or actual education, either.)
Smart readers (all of you) will understand why I red-bold-highlighted the dates of this 'exercise.'
Only five months after it concluded, the real thing began.
Co-incidence? Or just another CIA/Deep State 'control' op?
