(The smarmy twit who wrote the story refers to Putin as "Tsar" to diss Putin and the Russians, of course. The "OCEANIA RUSSIA IS ALWAYS THE ENEMY" gang lives!)
If the war ends, the US taxpayer will only have to support one obnoxious little dictator.
