Another refinery suffered an explosion yesterday.
That's on top of "problems" at the Joliet BP (Standard Oil) refinery, which came after a Houston-area refinery had an explosion and fire.
ZeroHedge speculates that the problems are a result of continuous high-volume processing.
Maybe.
